Undelivered orders
If we cannot deliver your X Premium gift, you receive a 100% refund to your GDS balance, withdrawable in USDT.
Ineligible handles
If X blocks gifting on the handle after payment (region, age or account limits), the order is cancelled and fully refunded.
Delivered orders
Once Premium is active on the handle, the order is final and cannot be refunded. Please double-check the handle before paying.
Wrong payments
Payments sent on an unsupported network, to the wrong address, or with the wrong amount may be unrecoverable. Contact support immediately with the transaction hash.
Timing
Refund decisions are made within 24 hours of the report; balance credits are instant once approved.
