X Gift Terms

X Premium gifting is controlled by X. These are the conditions your handle must meet for a gift to succeed.

Gift Premium button

Your account must show the Gift Premium option on X. Our eligibility check reads this directly from X before you pay.

The handle must exist, be public (not protected), not suspended, and must not be region- or age-restricted for gifting.

Accounts with an active Premium subscription usually cannot receive a gift until the current plan ends.

Gifts are one-time subscriptions for the purchased term. They do not auto-renew and no card is attached to your account.

Gifting only requires your public handle. We never need your password, email or 2FA codes.

X may change gifting availability at any time. If a gift becomes impossible after payment, we refund the order in full.
